What kind of people buy underwear on the internet?
Mostly dwarfs, elves and society outcasts. But also normal people like me and… well, I don’t know you, do I.
How do I know if this underwear fits me?
Check the size chart to see what size fits best for you. We provide the possibility to order different sizes for the camisole and hotpants of a set. If you should still have ordered the wrong size, we make no fuss in exchanging it for the right size. See the question ‘Can I return purchased items?’.
What exactly am I buying?
Read My Hips uses high quality underwear from Continental Clothing for all products (www.continentalclothing.com). This underwear is 100% combed to be soft to the touch, and is engineered with a fine tight knit, giving it an optimal print surface. All Continental Clothing products are made under the best working conditions.
In order words, it is not just cute, it is also good.
What about the prints? Will my children live to see them intact?
The Read My Hips designs are printed through silk-screen printing. That is the most common printing technique on textile and is also said to give the most durable results. Ludo the printer holds himself personally responsible of the printing quality. The prints are 100% wash resistable!
Will my underwear shrink to baby size if I wash it?
As said, the Read My Hips underwear of the best quality. However, we recommend to handle the garments with care and, as with all printed textiles, wash them inside out. If you don’t wash them above 30° and with similar colours, your underwear remains fitted to be seen!
How do I pay?
We use paypal as payment system. It is quick, easy to use and above all, extremely safe. You just have to sign up for an account when checking out and after that, you don’t have to worry about the payment anymore. It is all taken care for you in a flash!
Remember that the paypal system stands apart from Read My Hips. We have nothing to do with your money. Except that we see it appear on our bank account. Heh. Heh.
How much do I pay for shipping costs?
All of our products are sent by regular mail. The shipping costs are calculated automatically when you order your underwear. The charges are the following:
50 gr (1 brief or 1 short) = € 1,60
100 gr (3 briefs or 3 shorts) = € 2,50
350 gr (1 set + 2 briefs) = € 5,00
1 kg (4 sets) = € 10.00
2 kg (8 sets) = € 18,00
Can I return purchased items?
If for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us within 15 days and tell us about your problem. We will do our utter best to help you out. Items that haven’t been worn can be sent back and, if wanted, be replaced. (Do we pay back money?)
Before ordering, you may want to check the size chart to assure that you choose the right size.
What advantages do I get?
We use the parenting system to give loyal buyers a little extra.
What on earth is a parenting system?
The parenting system is basically a tell-your-friend sort of thing: say, you are a customer at our shop and you tell your friends about us. If one of your friends buys an item in our shop, they can fill in your email address, saying that you are their ‘parent’. They get the underwear, and you get store credit! (1 credit per item)
This system is currently only available for the designers of our underwear.
That is not fair! I want to be a parent and get store credit as well!
Ok. Fair enough. Just take a picture of yourself wearing Read My Hips underwear and send it to us. Each picture will be rewarded with our extreme gratefulness and 2 store credits!
How much is one store credit
One store credit means you get 1€ discount on your next purchase.
Why would I send you pictures of myself?
For the reason mentioned above. Jeez!
Can I be a designer for Read My Hips?
Do you have a cute design that you would like to see printed on our underwear? We invite all aspiring designers to send their design!
Can I sell Read My Hips underwear in my store?
Yes, most definitely. Just contact us .

Wel at the moment the stock is in a dead-dog town called Aalter.... Aalter? yeah don't ask...
But we plan to move as soon as possible to Ghent... or Berlin or... well we will move as soon as possible...
